WHO IS PRESSED4TIME?  We are one of the largest providers of garment care in the area - serving the Richmond Metro for over 10 years!  We service over 120 residential communities, offices and corporations.  Pressed4Time is 100% locally owned and operated and is an award winning member of the Pressed4Time franchise system.

HOW DOES IT WORK?  We set you up on a regular pickup & delivery schedule, most often twice a week but we also offer weekly service choices.  We provide you with all the necessary supplies, such as valet bags and door hooks.  When you have items to be serviced, simply place them in the agreed upon designated service area.  We'll take it from there by picking up your items, and returning them the next service day along with an invoice.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE FOR A SERVICE AREA?  Most customers simply place there bag at the front door and we return items to the front, side, back or garage as you please.  A variety of garment hooks are available for homes.  We also have attractive and compact service centers for offices and corporations.

WHO ACTUALLY SERVICES MY ACCOUNT?  We do not employ hourly personnel for delivery or pickup purposes.  You will be served by a member of our ownership team.

WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?  You will never even know we have serviced your account other than to notice that your garments have been returned or picked up.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER?  We do not expect you to have an order every service day.  When you do then place your bag at the service area.  If you have less frequent needs, we may suggest a valet/on-call service program.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND?  Dry Cleaning and Laundry is returned on the next service day.  Shoes, Repairs, Alterations, Household items and Specialty Garments can take a week or two depending on the processes required.

HOW DO I PAY?  Most customers use our secure EASY-PAY program of automatic credit card deduction, but a guaranteed monthly billing program is available for residential customers.  (Our payment & correspondence address is PO Box 18074, Richmond, VA 23226)
